Go to App Store, go to Search and type “shortcuts”.
It should be the first result below any ads.

Once you click that button, you should see the screen below.
Add your Upload Token into the input. Your token can be found in your Horizon Settings > General page. Simply click to unhide the key, select, copy and paste into the input shown above.
When you've pasted your token, click Done.
If you successfully added the Upload to Horizon shortcut, you should see it in your “My Shortcuts” section.
Upload to Horizon in “My Shortcuts”
You can upload screenshots and other images, but we'll first test the shortcut out in the Photos app.
Due to a limitation of Shortcuts, you cannot upload images saved or created by third-party apps. You will receive a permissions error from Shortcuts.
Open Photos, choose a photo you'd like to upload and open the share sheet.
Upload to Horizon in iOS Sharesheet
Click Upload to Horizon and wait a few seconds. You should see a notification with a progress circle.
If you do not see the notification, disable Do Not Disturb!
Once the upload completes, you should see a notification telling you that the file's link was copied to your clipboard.
