Horizon.pics is committed to providing unlimited bandwidth to its users while maintaining fair use policies. We recognize that bandwidth is a valuable resource, and we strive to ensure that all users have equal access to it.
Horizon.pics defines "unlimited bandwidth" as a service in which users can upload and download files without any limitation on the amount of data transferred, subject to reasonable usage restrictions set forth in this policy.
Horizon.pics reserves the right to monitor bandwidth usage by users and take appropriate actions to prevent any misuse or abuse of the service. This policy is designed to ensure that all users have access to adequate bandwidth to use the service, while at the same time preventing excessive usage that can affect the performance of the platform for other users. Horizon's terms and conditions also apply to usage of the service.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and can result in the suspension or termination of user accounts:

To ensure fair and equitable access to bandwidth for all users, Horizon.pics may implement reasonable usage restrictions on users who are found to be consuming excessive amounts of bandwidth. These restrictions may include but are not limited to:
Non-legally binding TL;DR: If we detect a user who has the potential to or is causing service disruption, we may temporarily limit their bandwidth usage by, including, but not limited to, throttling, halting or termination.
